First day @ SPECIALTY COFFEE EXPO in Portland, Oregon – impressions

You arrive at the venue early in the morning, filled with excitement and anticipation. You take a deep breath as you step inside the exhibition hall, taking in the sight of dozens of booths and vendors setting up for the day. You make your way to your own booth, located in a prime location near the entrance.

As you start unpacking your products and setting up your display, you can feel your nerves start to kick in. You remind yourself of all the hard work and dedication that went into creating your private label, and how proud you are of the quality of your products.

First Day -SCA EXPO Portland 2023

Soon, the doors to the expo open and the first visitors start to trickle in. You greet each one with a warm smile and a friendly hello, introducing them to your brand and your products. You answer questions about your product line, your manufacturing process, and your company history.

As the day progresses, you start to feel more comfortable and confident in your role as a vendor. You make valuable connections with potential buyers, retailers, and distributors. You exchange business cards, take orders, and receive feedback on your products.

At times, the crowds can be overwhelming, but you remind yourself to stay focused and attentive to each and every customer. You take breaks to hydrate and refuel, and use the opportunity to walk around the expo and check out other vendors’ displays.

As the day winds down, you start packing up your booth, exhausted but exhilarated. You feel proud of yourself for taking this important step in your business journey, and for putting your private label on the map in the USA market. You look forward to the next few days of the expo, and to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
